the hotel provided a seamless experience for families. the kids club offered diverse activities, my children thoroughly enjoyed. the shuttle service using golf buggies was very convenient as the resort has large grounds.
it was difficult to secure reservations even when logging in right at 10 am.

A mixed stay. Some issues observed
a la carte restaurant buffet restaurant
The grounds were picturesque. They were well kept.
It was nearly impossible to book the a la carte restaurants. I complained daily, but nothing happened. walk past them any evening. They were half empty, though funny enough, if you pay a surcharge, you are guaranteed a restaurant. the main buffet restaurant, which i had to frequent since i couldn't book the a la carte, was not great.
